摘要：
This paper introduces the exploration and research of graduation design of civil engineering for the classes of 2012, 2013 and 2014 and the students' selection of dragon plan based on CDIO graduation design mode. This project carried on the exploration and practices of CDIO application-oriented talents cultivating mode according to the construction ideas of the brand-name specialty of the Civil Engineering College and the cultivating plan for outstanding engineers. It has been proved by practices that the new mode for graduation design has obtained some achievements and played a guiding role on practice.
