摘要
Introduction: When the septum of the nose deviates from its normal position, it is known as a deviated septum. The cartilage and bone divide the nasal cavity. Is off-kilter. A deviated nasal septum is a condition that some people are born with. A nose injury can result in a significantly deviated nasal septum, which can cause congestion, headaches, and breathing difficulties. Surgery to fix a deviated septum. Bone and cartilage in our nose combine to form the nasal septum. Inside your nasal cavity, it is divided into two sides, one on the left and one on the right. It has shifted from one to another. Nasal blockage is one of the most prevalent complaints that ENT surgeons encounter daily. The most common symptom of a deviated septum is a nasal blockage. Histopathological alterations in the nasal mucosa generate various changes in airflow dynamics. Mainsymptoms and critical clinical findings:She is a 35yrs old with complaints of headache, nasal obstruction, loss of appetite, nausea, fatigue and weakness. His electrocardiogram, complete blood count, x-ray, blood grouping, LFT, KFT, and RBS. Main diagnosis, therapeutic interventions, and outcome:35yrs old male with deviated nasal septum with nasal obstruction since5years. She came for treatment began on the day of admission IV fluids, antibiotics, antiemetic, and Injectables started. All necessary investigations were done. Therapeutic intervention advice for vital sign charting. Intake and output charting and abdominal girth charting done. Conclusion: Generally, Deviated nasal septum in patientswith symptomatic treated by compared to SMR and septoplasty. For the effect ofSMR and development ofsevere effects of SMR, such as nosebleeds, perforation, and deviatednasal septumadhesions.
