摘要：
The photovoltaic power plant authorized expert analysis addresses the needs of companies, real estate agencies and investment funds. The Analyst explores a number of factors, including customer financial criteria, risk criteria, technical parameters, legislative acts, among others. He derives discount rates and models a final value of the solar power plant. He also compares data from cash flows, the energy audit or other analysis. The result is an expert analysis that can be used by the tax office, financial institutions, the courts and others.
