摘要
Reliability evaluation of cyber-power interdependent systems have increased the computational burden. The need for innovative approaches to reduce the computational burden in various methods such as non-sequential Monte Carlo simulations, worst-case reliability computation, etc. have been proposed in the literature. This work proposes a new method to determine the minimal cut-sets of a given non-directional network, which could be used along with other approaches. This method is based on the circuit theory. The relative admittance between voltage and output current is used to determine the minimal cut-sets. An IEC 61850 based substation is used as a case study to illustrate the proposed method. The work presented in this paper is a preliminary starting point in making a combinational use of these two branches of engineering in the theory of system reliability studies.
