摘要
Performance indicators (P.I.) are measurements, usually quantitative in form but also qualitative, which support the assessment of an activity (educational, industrial, commercial etc.). E-learning activities can and should have a set of clearly established and relevant performance indicators to help assess the educational process since these activities depend so much on the satisfaction of the students. It is very important to pay attention to the data/indicators we set and analyze because sometimes being busy is not the same as producing results.
