摘要：
USBTMC is the unified standard for the test and measurement application of USB interface device. In order to provide a standard USB interface for program-controlled vector network analyzer, instruments driver based on USBTMC specification is designed. First, the universal automatic test system based on SCPI and VISA is discussed. VISA is a standard for I/O interface software and SCPI is standard commands for programmable instruments. Then the design and implementation of USBTMC driver are introduced. Finally, an automatic test program is written to verify the efficiency and practicality of the design.
