Actual Possibilities of Mass Physical Training, Sports and Familiarizing Inhabitants of Northern Trans-Ural to a Healthy Lifestyle

The article deals with the actual possibilities of familiarizing the inhabitants of Northern Trans-Ural (Tyumen region, Russia) to a healthy lifestyle. According to the authors, quite favorable conditions for the health improvement of the population have been created in the region. The Department of Sports and Youth Policy and the Health Committee of the region continue to pursue a policy of improvement health and involvement of workers in systematic physical training and sports. The purpose of the program is to create conditions for mass physical training, sports and healthy lifestyle. As a result of the analysis of the program activities, the accessibility of sports facilities to the population (including persons with disabilities and the disable), increasing the motivation of the population to regular physical training and sports, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, improving the quality of organization sport work of with the population (including at the place of residence) are noticed. The effectiveness of the promotion of physical training and sports, including the popularization of the moral value of sport and Olympism is traced. Among the achieved social and economic effects is the provision of territorial accessibility of services provided by Children's and Youth Sports Schools, Children's and Youth Sports Schools of the Olympic Reserve, Children's and Youth Sports Adaptive Schools, improving the competitiveness of Tyumen athletes at regional and all-Russian sports events and the formation of a "sports image >> of Northern Trans-Ural.
