摘要
Formaldehyde (HCHO), a colorless and pungent-smelling gas, has been confirmed be a huge threat to people' health. The detection of HCHO is necessary and important at room temperature. Graphene based materials have been widely used in gas sensor field because of their atom-thick two-dimensional structures, high conductivity and large specific surface areas. In this paper, graphene oxide (GO) film was deposited on interdigital electrodes by layer-by-layer self-assemble (LBL SA) method. The fabricated GO film was then annealed at 300 degrees C for 10 min and reduced GO (rGO) film was gained. The fabricated rGO sensitive film exhibited fast response and good response/recovery properties to HCHO at room temperature. And the response time was about 16s to 10ppm HCHO.
