Research on Intelligent Expert System for Material Selection Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Judgment

摘要
Due to numerous similar kinds and complicated properties for engineering materials, a variety of factors mutually restricted are involved in material selection for engineering parts, it is often fuzzy and uncertain to judge such complex issues. In this research, based on two grade fuzzy comprehensive judgment, calculation procedures, judgment formulas and models were set up for material selection with the practical examples, and then, the professional knowledge and experience of the correlative experts were taken into account, assessment model and intelligent expert system were established for engineering material selection. The application results of the intelligent expert system show that it is helpful to achieve quantitative and intelligent material selection, it also lead to objective, scientific and reasonable material selection.
