摘要：
The production process of multimedia learning material includes many participants, tasks, and tools. The system described in this paper combines all data from the development and production processes into one semantic web based and XML-coded system. The contents are kept using object-oriented development concepts, such as "inheritance", to cope with large volume and complex data.
