Research on risk evaluation for venture capital based on intuitionistic fuzzy set and TOPSIS

摘要
This paper first analyzes the indicator systems and methods of venture investment projects of domestic and abroad, then construct an indicator system according to china actual condition. Since the uncertaimy of indicators and superiority of intuitionistic fuzzy set comparing with fuzzy set in the aspect of description ability, this paper adopts TOPSIS method combined with intuitionistic fuzzy set to evaluate venture investment project, then calculates Positive ideal solution (PIS) and negative ideal solution (NIS), and determines the ranking of all alternatives by the relative closeness. Finally combined the case, this paper the evaluation procedure of the method based on TOPSIS and intuitionistic fuzzy set. And this application case shows that this method is feasible and easy for execution and popularization.
