摘要
The jet behavior is one of the most important factors of the accurate control of electrohydrodynamic direct-writing (EDW). A real-time monitoring and analysis system of jet behaviors is built. The charge coupled device (CCD) images are processed by threshold segmentation and other methods to obtain the jet images. The experiment shows three jet modes of EDW. The area and center geometry position of droplet changes periodically with the jet modes, which are controllable. The correlation between the jet features and the jet modes is explored, which lays a foundation for the close loop control of EDW system to improve the stability and uniformity of micro/nano fibers.
