摘要
The pattern of bark beetle distribution on snapped and uprooted Norway spruce (Picea abies) trees in endemic forests of Central Slovakia was studied. Data were obtained from 452 samples on two snapped and five uprooted trees. Ips typograghus, I. amitinus, Dryocoetes spp., Hylurgops palliatus, H. glabratus, Pityogenes chalcographus, Polygraphus poligraphus, Po. subopacus, Pityophthorus pityographus, Xyloterus lineatus and Xilechinus pilosus were present. Results from correlation and cluster analyses show these beetles attacked a distinct area of bark. There was little or no overlap among areas attacked by cambiophagous bark beetles. However, cambiophagous and xylophagous species were seen to attack the same area.
