Research on performance evaluation of machine based on virtual prototyping and division of performance districts

摘要
The main factors that affect machine performance are analyzed, and three indexes that embody machine performance are outlined, so that the evaluation of machine performance is converted into the evaluation of three sub-performances. A new method is brought forward to denote sub-performance of machine, and three performance districts are divided to evaluate machine performance. On the basis of virtual prototyping, the virtual working state parameter of machine is defined, and the evaluation plan of machine is established. Furthermore, the concept of evaluation function is introduced. Evaluation results suggest the feasibility of performance evaluation and the superiority of virtual prototyping. Finally, the perspective of virtual prototyping applied in armament is presented.
