Moire patterns in spatially partial coherent interference with non-regular gratings

摘要：
Both the cross-special density at the observation plane (Fraunhofer domain) and the intensity distribution of the interferogram there, when non regular 1-D gratings are illuminated with a spatially partial coherent optical field, involve terms which exhibit the mathematical structure of Moire patterns and take a part in the cross-spectral density in the observation plane.
