摘要：
This paper demonstrates our continuos afford on the improvement of bare surface soil moisture and roughness estimation under configuration of L-band polarimetric SAR measurement. The test of the improved algorithm by using ground scatterometer data indicated the RMSE of 4 % and 3.3 mm for estimation soil moisture and surface RMS height, respectively.
