Modeling autonomic recovery in web services with multi-tier reboots

摘要：
In. order to offer adequate guidance to the emerging reboot-based self-healing processes in web services, this paper presents probabilistic models to estimate the recovery time and disruption of recovering a service using multiple levels of reboot. A case study, is conducted to demonstrate benefits of the models.
