摘要：

The article overviews the results of the research on the operations of mergers and acquisitions (M&As) at the Ukrainian market and discovers the benefits from the positive impact of these processes upon the economic growth, analyzing also their scales and economic sectors involved. The necessity for development and strengthening the Millis in order to increase the investment attractiveness and the competitiveness of Ukraine's economy and for more active involvement of state in the processes of globalization is determined.
