摘要
A wideband low-power current-mode transimpedance amplifier has been designed and implemented in 0.18 mum standard digital CMOS technology Cur-rent shunt feedback technology is used to provide low input impedance and broaden the bandwidth. This current-mode common gate preamplifier has a transimpedance 60 dB Omega with a bandwidth of 3.2 GHz, and can operate at 5 Gbit/s with large dynamic range.
