Discussion of the Problems Existing in the Financial Management in the Enterprise Accounting and the Researches on the Countermeasures

Nowadays, the economic and social development in China is in a critical period of the transition, and the national economic construction has achieved great success, but we also have to admit that there are many disharmony factors in the development of the economy and the society, and the enterprises in the process of the future development are bound to face many challenges. We know that in order to realize the sustainable development of the enterprises, we must rely on the joint efforts of various aspects, such as the need of the government intervention, the influence of the market environment, and the internal construction of the enterprises. Therefore, only by further stipulating the enterprises and through the scientific guidance, and only when the enterprises should continue to strengthen the internal construction and change the traditional concepts of development and the development models can we effectively cope with the ever-changing forms in the market economy. Among them, the accounting and financial management of the enterprises is one of the important forms of strengthening the internal control of the enterprises. The scientific and effective accounting and financial management can provide a steady stream of power for the development of the enterprises, and realize the sustainable development of the enterprises. Today, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the accounting and financial management of the enterprises through the researches on the related problems in the accounting financial management of the enterprise at the present stage, and puts forward the effective countermeasures combined with years of experience in the accounting work of the author.
