摘要：
The objective of this paper is to provide recommendations for designing and implementing Performance Self-Assessment Programs in high technology enterprises. This paper describes the: Rationale for implementing a Performance Self-Assessment Program; Roles of management in helping to achieve success of the program; Full scope of the program by means of the six levels of defense in depth; Use of quantitative performance indicators to supplement the six levels of defense.
