摘要
The sol-gel synthesis of Go-Mn ferrites nanocrystalline films was accomplished on monocrystalline silicon substrates, and the influence of Mn3+ on structure, magnetic and magnetooptical (MO) properties of the resultant ferrites were examined. The results reveal that Mn can effectively lower the Cuire temperature of Co ferrite, and the Mn doping causes disappearance of two original MO peaks accompanied by appearance of three new ones.
