Enterprise applications for EH&S compliance management - The semSolution Project

The semSolution Project is an enterprise management vision for the Boise Cascade DeRidder mill in which process, management, cost, and environmental data are readily accessed and integrated to promote operational, economic and compliance efficiencies. The project involves the phased development and integration of predictive emissions models, control and optimization protocols, environmental information technologies, and management systems. This paper provides an overview of the semSolution project, its objectives, approach and supporting technologies.
