摘要：
Castreccioni Dam is located on the Musone river in the Cingoli area of Macerata in the central part of Italy. The dam is a concrete gravity dam. The authors would like to present the technical solutions adopted during the years, which based on the collected data allowed the continuous upgrading of the monitoring system. The scope of each upgrading was for the purpose of increasing knowledge of dam behaviour and aimed at optimizing water resource management. Due to climate change phenomena and increasing water demands, the knowledge obtained from this monitoring is particularly relevant.
