摘要：
Alpha interferon is increasingly used in the treatment of malignacies and viral hepatitis. Renal involvement after its use consist in more cases on proteinuria. We report one case of acute renal failure without nephrotic syndrome but with tubulointerstitiel infiltration by mononuclear cells in 65 old man who had before interferon therapy 151 mumol/l of serum creatinine. Interferon was administrated for digestive carcinoid neoplasia and bone and liver metastasis. Outcome was improvement of renal fuction after withdrawn of interferon, dialysis and steroid treatment.
