摘要
This paper presents a graphene-loaded bandwidth tunable frequency-selective surface (TFSS) working in THz spectrum from 0.3THz to 0.9THz, the pass bandwidth has great changed when bias voltage varies on the graphene. When the added chemical potential is becoming larger, the insertion loss of TFSS is getting smaller, the transmission bandwidth characteristics becomes wider. The maximum transmittance coefficient is up to -0.9dB.
