Methodologies of intelligent and reconfigurable assembly line of automobile transmission

摘要
Assembly line of automotive transmission product family is made as research background, method of implementing intelligent and reconfigurable assembly line is studied. Performance of intelligent and reconfigurable assembly line is analyzed. Integration approach of product family assembly sequence planning and reconfigurable assembly line design is applied, based on functional decomposition of automotive transmission product family and functional entities generated according to functional decomposition, general structure of reconfigurable assembly line composing by main line and sub line is constructed. Different design rules are applied for main line and Sub line design. Focusing on this general structure, multi agent system framework is built and intelligent and reconfigurable assembly line environment is provided.
