Study on the Comprehensive Efficiency Evaluation of Urban Land Use Based on DPSIR Model: A Case of Acheng County in Harbin City

摘要
The comprehensive benefits evaluation of land use is an important indicator to measure the level of land use. The purpose of the paper is to offer scientific references to improve regional land use efficiency by taking Acheng county in Harbin City as an example and analyzing the differences of land use efficiency as well as the influencing factors before and after the regional adjustment. Method of DPSIR model, optimal weights combination and coordination function are employed. The results indicate that under the combined effect of Driving forces, Pressures, State, Impacts and Responses factors, the land use efficiency in Acheng county had been improving from 2003-2007, however,affected by the impact of the regional adjustment in 2006, the levels fell slightly. The author conclude that from 2003-2007 the land use efficiency in Acheng county had been fluctuating up, the factors including the regional adjustment limit the improvement of land use efficiency in short time, but with the changes in land use patterns, the overall efficiency of regional land use could be improved by improving the coordinated degree of each factor which affects the land use efficiency.
