摘要
We present an ultra-broadband polarization beam splitter using adiabatically tapered waveguides with anisotropic subwavelength grating metamaterials. The bandwidth of BW20dB approximate to 200 nm was achieved numerically, which was confirmed experimentally for the spectral range between 1500-1640 nm.
