摘要
Skeleton animation has advantages of small space in comparison with previous animations. However, the price is calculation increase to result in reducing drawing efficiency. Therefore, this paper puts forward skeleton animation based on programmable GPU and adopts the most advanced programmable processing pipe line. Through analyzing GPU program principle, it determines that GPU program can use algorithm to calculate vertex transformation in skeleton animation to be implemented in GPU. The paper adopts variously different methods to realize skeleton animation in programmable processor, analyzing and comparing its performance. The project depends on powerful calculation capability of programmable processor and burdens calculating task of vertex updating in skeleton animation so as to largely improve drawing efficiency of skeleton animation.
