摘要：
A new generated family of continuous distributions based on exponentiated Weibull has been introduced. Then exponentiated Weibull - exponentiated Weibull distribution is proposed as a special case of this family. The cumulative distribution, probability density, expansion of probability density, reliability and hazard rate functions are presented. Moreover, the most essential statistical properties of the proposed distribution have been obtained besides Shannon entropy, relative entropy and stress-strength model.
