摘要
The minimum switching field threshold and switching speed are important parameters for the magnetic recording in writing. This paper presents the dynamic precession of the moments of the grains based on LL equation, and that the impact of the volume of the grain on the switching speed is investigated under the condition of microwave assisted switching of magnetic moment. High-density magnetic recording signal storage is an important technology. In the current 20 years, with the rapid increase of recording density, more and more signal problems are bringing to write the signal magnetic recording.Facing of so many contradictions, scholars gradually adopted a variety of technical means of mitigation of contradictions, which are the main heat-assisted magnetic recording, perpendicular magnetic recording and study in this paper, microwave-assisted magnetic recording[1,2]. In the high-density magnetic recording media, because the signal recording unit by high anisotropy energy role in maintaining thermal stability, so the signal for the write head, the need for a limit of magnetic field the magnetic moment of the signal will be recorded upside down, to be able to achieve the purpose of writing the signal[3]. As Microwave-assisted magnetization reversal of a new magnetic recording method, the microwave field is used to enhance the magnetic moment and magnetic moment of the reversal rate and lower reverse field. The LL equation shows that there is a resonance frequency as the magnetic moment precession in the magnetic field. Microwave-assisted magnetic recording is based on the resonant frequency, the magnetic moment precession in the process reversing to add an auxiliary microwave field, and promote rapid reversal magnetic moment. For a single particle magnetic moment in the microwave field characteristics, the majority of the literature have shown that the microwave field can assist magnetic moment reversal. This paper studies the effect of the microwave-assisted magnetization reversal in two-particle magnetic moment system. Based on the LL equation this paper describes conditions in the microwave field magnetic moment of the dynamic behavior of particles, and considers among the particle magnetic moment dipole interaction and exchange of the existing role of the magnetic moment of reversal.
