摘要：
The Eco-city has become the main direction of city development in the 21st century. Based on the "Five in one" Eco-city system theory, the paper constructed the evaluation indicator system of Eco-city and established the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of Eco-city. At the same time, taking Eco-city construction of Taiyuan city as an example, the paper has made an empirical analysis by the data of 2002, 2005 and 2007. At last, the paper has put forward the suggestion and measures on the construction Eco-city of Taiyuan in future.
