Research and development of on-line monitoring and management system to hart field devices

摘要
This article introduces the design and realization of an on-line monitoring and on-line management system of 240 HART protocol field bus intelligent instruments, which installed on 4 ethene crack furnaces. The system includes the HART protocol bridges, communication server, OPC server, client management software. Through timely collecting and analyzing digital signals of the spot HART protocol intelligent instruments, the system can realizes on-line monitoring, on-line diagnosis, on-line maintenance and on-line management to the 240 spot instruments. And this system has been applied in the scene since last October.
