摘要：
This paper presents a methodology to study the problem of fixed assets. The methodology is explained through the analysis of a company to solve the fixed assets problem. Fixed assets are of great value since they represent an important issue in a system's operation; their contribution to the efficient operation of the system is a key concept in the generation of the economic surplus of every company.
