摘要
The influence of the growth stimulator of natural origin Ecopin on the sowing qualities of seeds of coniferous tree species - Scots pine (Pinus silvestris L.), which grows in the forest conditions of the southern part of the Far East, is studied. The use of the biological product activates the germination energy and laboratory germination at concentrations of solutions 1x2x10-3 - 1x5x10-3 ml/l within 71.3 -79.9 % and 83.7-96.4 %, exceeding control, respectively by 5.2-17.8 % and 6.9-23.1 % and, as a result - increasing sowing qualities of seeds on one-two classes: from the third - to the second and the first. The concentration of 1x6x10-3 ml/l had an insignificant effect on the sowing quality of seeds (exceeding the control of 0.6-2.4 %). With the weakening of the concentration of the solution to 1x7x10-3 ml/l, the germination energy and germination of seeds decreased, relative to the control, by 11.4-13.0 %. A higher concentration of the solution (1x10-3 ml/l) had an inhibitory effect on seed germination. The concentration of solutions 1x3x10-3 - 1x4x10-3 ml/l (exceeding the control of 22.2-46.7 %) had the greatest effect on the growth of seedlings along the length. In comparison with the control, the concentration of 1x10-3 ml/l reduced the growth rate of seedlings by 5.9-11.1 %. Further reduction of the solution concentration to 1x7x10-3 ml/l was ineffective. Ecopin also had a positive effect on the formation of the mass of sprouts. At concentrations 1x3x10-3 - 1x5x10-3 ml/l, the excess to the control was -19.8-59.4 %.
