摘要
This paper by using the interview, logical analysis and other methods to analyze the current situation of China's sports industry, explore the path to enhance the international competitiveness and the ability of independent innovation of Chinese sports goods industry. The results that Chinese sports goods industry processing and manufacturing is transferring to the lower-cost countries and regions. Businesses in this field have not invested enough in the research and development of their products as well as in their innovation sense and abilities. The sports goods industry has just taken its initial step in terms of the industry's cluster innovating advantages. There is still a lack of independent innovation talents. Sports goods enterprises have upgraded little in the industry and functions. Therefore, we should construct sports goods manufacturing zones to realize cluster advantages and create sports goods brands with complete property rights and global influence. We should also strengthen property right protection and the concerning law system. All these countermeasures are aimed at enhancing the independent innovation capacity of Chinese sports goods industry and its international competitiveness and realizing the transformation of sports goods structure to foreign-oriented one.
