摘要
Antimony doped tin oxide (ATO) nanoparticles were synthesized via a hydrothermal method. TEM images show highly dispersed ATO naoparticles with small particle size and narrow particle size distribution. With the presence of specific surfactant, the ATO nanoparticles present behavior of certain degree of self-organization. Accordingly, the nanoparticles assemble to form highly dispersed regular spheres.
