摘要
Third order non-linearity ofthesynthesised Bismuth Ferrite,BiFeO3 (BFO) nanoparticles bysol-gelmethod was investigated by Z-Scan technique. The nonlinear absorption coefficient (beta) was investigated by open apertureZ-Scan method with Continuous wave (CW) laser at 532nanometer with various intensities. The structureand particle size wereexamined by X-ray powder diffractometer (XRD). The bonding nature was studied by FTIR.Morphology of the sample was scanned by Field Emission scanning electronic microscopy (FESEM).
