摘要：

The paper aims to develop a parsing model using the nyayamorpho-syntactic analysis using the two terms namely, prakarata and visesyata. The idea is that prakarata and visesyata are to be seen as modification (modifiedness) and headedness respectively. Several representative sentences have been exemplified using the method developed. prakarata and visesyata not only come through to give a thorough analysis at word level, but may be extended, as it has been shown in this paper, to get a thorough analysis at syntactic and discourse level, as well.
