Department of Economics& Management Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, China Abstract: University science park is the base of technological innovation, the base of training innovative and entrepreneurial talent, the base of radiation-catalytic of high-tech industry, so innovation is essential for the sustainable development of university science park. Based on the general situation of China's university science park, its definition, the evaluation of university science park, and reviewing on the literature of evaluation indicators of university science park, This paper establishes indicators system of innovation capacities of university science park, and applies AHP and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate its innovation capacities, which can guide innovation capacities development.
