摘要：
The project in this paper first involves porting an existing SIMD simulator, Parallxis-III, to a cluster of workstations. Second, the project involves developing a World Wide Web (WWW) application written in Java and C. This WWW application allows any WWW user to download a personal Parallaxis-III application to Gettysburg, have it complied, and executed on the departmental cluster of workstations using the Parallaxis-III Distributed Simulator (PDS) developed in the first part of this project. The output fi om the execution is displayed back to the user in the form of a WWW page.
