摘要
The article discusses aspects of using the multi-sided platform business models for enterprises in the real sector of the economy. New strategic opportunity for the international group of companies UCL Holding is described. This opportunity propose the creation of a transport and logistics operator within the group, which will operate as a single coordinator in the interaction between the holding companies and the customer. This operator will be "one-stop" client's service in the the multimodal logistics service, defining a single commercial, marketing and advertising policy. A multi-sided platform business model of this logistics operator is described using the Business Model Canvas by A. Osterwalder. The strategy of transformation to a new business model is described. The effectiveness of the new business model was calculated based on the modelling and financial analysis. The obtained results confirm the feasibility of the proposed changes.
