摘要：
The paper analyzes and reviews the fruits of the studies on service innovation by researching the literatures such as service innovation definition, service innovation classification and service innovation process, and so on. Based on the literatures review, this paper summarizes the service innovation principle in modern manufacturing firms. The paper also puts forward some significant issues for scholars to study further.
