摘要
Value chain is a kind of strategy standpoint and tool to analyze enterprise competitive advantages. But in the push of Information Technology, Porters value chain is no longer adapted to collaborative commerce environment. So the paper restructures value chain using CPC technology, and builds a new value chain model based on Collaborative Product Commerce.
