RESEARCH ON GREEN ELDERLY APARTMENT DESIGN BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF ECOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT

摘要
During the construction of elderly apartments, the release of formaldehyde concentration has attracted more and more attention. Excessive formaldehyde concentration has a serious impact on the living environment of the elderly and is not conducive to the health of the elderly. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to the design and use of green building materials. In response to this problem, this article analyzes the current four major categories of green building materials and summarizes the formaldehyde detection method for green senior housing and the flow chart of indoor formaldehyde testing. Through experimental research, the comparative analysis of the formaldehyde emission after traditional decoration and green decoration proves that the measured formaldehyde concentration after the completion of the traditional decoration apartment is seriously exceeding the standard. The minimum exceeding multiple of the traditional material decoration apartment used in the experiment is 1.36, and the highest multiple of exceeding the standard is 3.24, which has an adverse impact on the environment and human health. The formaldehyde concentration of the apartment decorated with green building materials has reached the standard that can be directly admitted. Through the analysis of the change in formaldehyde concentration in elderly apartments after 60 days of natural ventilation, it is concluded that the formaldehyde concentration in apartments decorated with traditional building materials and apartments decorated with green building materials have both experienced a process of first increasing and then decreasing. For apartments decorated with green materials, the formaldehyde concentration falls below the qualified standard after 30 days, meeting the requirements of environmental protection and safety, and providing a reference for the accommodation arrangements after the completion of the decoration of elderly apartments.
