摘要
In the presented paper we discuss the results of the exploratory study (the first stage of three-stage study) based on the ideas of the social representations theory [I]. Our objective was to reveal the shared meanings about information security of children used by Russians in their discourse on this problem. A total of 53 respondents (from different age, social, and professional groups) participated in the study. The map of shared meanings about information security of children was revealed, it includes several thematic groups (among them: ways to ensure security; traditional and new media, threats, responsibility of parents or teachers etc.).
