摘要：
The photophysical and photochemical characteristics of a photosensitizer merocyanine 540 was quantified by investigating the solvatochromism and electrochromism of MC 540, pH dependent MC 540 behaviour, effect of physiological ions on MC 540 characteristics, monomer-dimer equilibrium of MC 540 in various microenvironments, and the photodynamic effect of MC 540 on the biological objects of choice.
