Sediment and runoff changes due to soil and water conservation in watershed of the Fenhe Reservoir

摘要：
This paper presents evaluation of sediment and runoff changes by soil & water conservation (SWC). Estimation of the water consumption is based on water demands of crop, fruit yields and transpiration of forest plants in the watershed. Investigation shows that sediment and runoff decrease due to SWC, but runoff reduction is less than sediment reduction.
