Application of Automatic Control for the Regenerative Combustion System

摘要
On the basis of regenerative combustion technology, a novel combustor has been developed. And then a control system for the combustor was developed which consists of furnace temperature control, reversing control, ignition control and fuel feed control. The furnace temperature control system is an integration of a combination of proportional control, fuzzy logic control and PID control. The reversing control system includes three reversing methods, i.e., time, temperature and manual forced reversion. An automatic ignition device supplies ignition source and ignites mixed gas safely. Through the fuel feed control, both the ratio of fuel to air and the heat input ratio can be fixed at 1:10. These control systems have been successful applied to experimental furnace and show excellent control effect.
